We work closely with Indigenous Artists and Makers, doing our best to ensure all creators we feature are Indigenous. Each item is thoughtfully curated to honour authenticity, cultural respect, and true representation.
How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?
Processing times vary but most items ship within 5-7 business days. Delivery time depends on your location.
Do You Offer Refunds or Exchanges?
Because many of our items are handmade or one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. We offer returns only for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us if there's an issue.
Will You Be At Any In-Person Markets or Pop-Ups?
YES! We love connecting face-to-face. You can find us at select markets and pop-up events throughout the year. Follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter to see where we'll be next.
Do You Have A Physical Store Location?

Are Prices Negotiable?
Prices are set by the Artists themselves and reflect the time, skill, and cultural value of their work. We do not negotiate pricing.
Is it Appropriate For Non-Indigenous People To Purchase These Items?
Absolutely. Supporting Indigenous-made art respectfully helps sustain artists and traditions. We encourage learning about each item and buying with intention.

How Do I Sell My Art With Flett Trading Post?
To sell your art with Flett Trading Post, simply fill out our artist intake form. Once approved, you can sell your work online and at in-person events. We work with you to showcase your art with care and respect.
What Kind Of Art or Items Can I Sell?
We accept visual art, beadwork, textiles & clothing, jewelry, home goods, and other handmade items by Indigenous Artists. If you're unsure, just ask!
Do I Have To Be Indigenous To Sell My Art With Flett Trading Post?
Yes. Flett Trading Post is committed to showcasing and supporting First Nation, Inuit, and Métis Artists.
How Much Money Will I Make?
Artists set their own prices and receive 75% of each sale. No hidden fees.
Will You Sell My Art Both Online And At In-Person Markets?
Yes! We love featuring our Artists' work online AND at in-person events.
How Will I Get Paid?
Payouts are sent by e-transfer or cheque 10 business days after your items sells.
Can I Remove My Work or Stop Consigning?
Artists may request the return of their items by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance. All consigned items are expected to remain available for a minimum display period of 90 days.
